Clementine House were tased with a rebrand aligned closely with the companies new approach and target market.
Clementine House was asked by the company director, Carissa, to help her in rebranding the clinic after she took the business over. The rebrand was a unique one. The business had been active for a number of years and had a large number of regular patients who trusted the brand with caring for their feet. The original logo included a stick figure in a running stance, creating part of the letter A. The clinic's new branding needed to be similar to the brands existing logo, but be more engaging and memorable.
This didn't make sense on many levels for the business, as many of the patients were older and requiring treatments and care unrelated to exercise. Although the name suggested action, we had to ensure the brand mark did not misguide potential patients into thinking the clinic only catered for budding athletes. The new brand mark was successful in helping the clinic grow and begin to attract the range of clients they gave us as an objective at the beginning of the process.
