MyServi approached Clementine House to help solidify their brand positioning, both through their strategic communication across all channels and their visual identity. The internal team were struggling to capture the essence of the brand and the positive benefit they want to provide to their customers.
We spent the initial stages of the discovery phase looking strategically at opportunities for the brand to enable it to stand out from others in the space offering a similar service. We unearthed a range of unique approaches which would give the audience MyServi wanted to target a genuine reason to choose the brand over competitors. We then focused on highlighting these reasons in both the brands visual identity, internal communications and advertising.
