Problem

The challenge was to capture three core qualities—trust, technology, and timeliness—in a single name and logo. Many logistics brands rely on predictable naming conventions and outdated visuals. We wanted to help Sentify break that pattern with a distinctive, fresh identity. Naming required a balance between familiarity and innovation, and the visual identity needed to communicate logistical precision without falling into generic industry tropes. We also needed to ensure the brand would scale well across platforms, from website to packaging.

Solution

Our naming exploration began by focusing on common delivery-related terms, eventually identifying "Sent" as the ideal root word. It communicated action and delivery, and with the suffix "-ify," evolved into Sentify—a name that felt modern, tech-savvy, and highly ownable. After securing the name, we entered a multi-round identity design process. Several concepts were explored, but the final mark struck the perfect balance. It cleverly merged arrows (for logistics) and an hourglass (for time sensitivity) into the negative space of an “S” symbol. This visual anchor gave the brand both uniqueness and strategic clarity, enabling us to build a full identity system ready for rollout.

Intro
